You will need to book in your session well in advance so give me a call as soon as you know your due date. I will make a provisional booking for you and we can amend it if your baby is early or late. If your baby is already born, don’t panic! I always do my best to squeeze newborns into my schedule.

The best time to photograph your newborn is when your baby is between 5 – 14 days old. Newborns are very flexible and sleepy currently, have little sensitivity to touch and sound, and are very comfortable in those adorable curled-up photography poses we all adore so much. Just because the ideal time is less than 14 days doesn’t mean I can’t photograph your older baby . I also photograph older newborns up to six plus weeks, but please keep in mind that once beyond those first 14 days we might not be able to get all the sleepy and curled poses as babies are usually more awake at this age.

Plenty of nappies and wet wipes. If you are bottle feeding, bring plenty of feeds as babies tend to feed a bit more than usual in the sessions. If you are breastfeeding, it may help not to eat spicy or acidic foods or drink caffeine in the 48 hours prior to your session as this could possibly make the baby unsettled. Bring a couple of wrapping blankets for the baby, to keep them warm during feeds. I always suggest bringing a dummy (pacifier). Even if you are not using one sometimes they are good for settling and baby won’t get used to one as its only used for a few minutes at a time. If the little one doesn’t want to cooperate, the dummy can be a huge lifesaver and can help us get through the session. If the newborn has long hair, bring a brush. Don’t forget to bring a snack and water for yourself and any siblings. If siblings are coming, bring some entertainment for them. Because accidents happen, it is also good to bring an extra change of clothing for yourself. Feel free to bring something a bit different to your session that represents a hobby, family heirloom, something sentimental or even a favorite toy. Please let me know earlier and I will see if I can incorporate this. If not don’t worry as I have plenty of props, wraps and outfits for you to choose from. Due to the nature of the newborn session we only invite immediate family to take part in the photoshoot. Please, do not bring extended family to the shoot, only partner and baby’s siblings are allowed to come to the studio. Please keep your baby awake up to 1 hour before the session if possible. If your baby is awake when you arrive to the studio I may ask you to feed him or her before beginning the session. A full belly helps a newborn stay sleepy for their shoot. Good practice is to arrive, feed and get going with the session.

Light, earthy or pastel colors work best. Avoid black, navy blue or dark and neon colors so that your photos don't look kitsch.Avoid patterns, inscriptions and any logos.Choose your outfits carefully, try to have the entire family dressed in matching outfits so that they create one coherent image.We have a large selection of baby clothes, so you don't have to worry about it.

In general, natural look is best for this kind of shoot. I recommend loose hair, some soft waves for the hair and light, daytime makeup with an accent on eyes, lips and cheekbones. Neutral looking fake lashes can really help emphasize your beauty. Things to avoid I recommend to avoid spray tanning, bronzers, and shimmers. Also, do not wear tight underwear and arrive at your photo session in loose clothing to prevent body marks. Please avoid dark or excessive makeup. Let’s keep it nice and clean!

Make sure to bring two sets of underwear with you, in black and nude (or white) for color match. Mummy-to-be doesn’t need any clothing unless it’s something special that you really would like to wear on the session. I offer a wide selection of props, dresses, silk wraps, bodysuits, floral halos, other props and backdrops designed to showcase your pregnant belly in a beautiful way. Daddy will need to dress himself as I do not provide men’s outfits.

On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That''s why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.

After your wedding day, I spend time going through your photos, selecting only the best ones to be included in your online gallery. I Generally I try to do this within 12 weeks, although during busy periods it may take a little longer.

Within a few days of the wedding, we'll be releasing curated previews to give you something to hold on to until the gallery is complete.

Depending on the package you choose, you will receive from 150 to 500 photos

Upon booking your wedding or Elopement photography there is a holding fee required to secure your wedding date which will be used to secure the booking. All holding fees are non-refundable and are due at time of booking. Remaining balances for wedding/elopement bookings are due no later than 1 week prior to the date of the wedding, this is also non refundable as agreed within the contract sent upon making a booking. If the wedding booking is to be canceled for any reason any monies paid are non refundable and any remaining balances must be paid if within 1 week prior to wedding date. If for any reason the wedding has to be rescheduled to an alternate date I will do my upmost to work alongside your venue and other suppliers to come to an agreed alternative wedding date with no additional costs other than originally agreed at booking if within the same 12 month period. This is subject to available dates as it is not guaranteed that a new date can be agreed upon if there is no availability for the date itself and should be considered as a gesture of goodwill. Upon making a booking and paying the holding fee you are agreeing to the conditions outlined above.
